Remington's Versa Max Competition Tactical shogtun is based on the Versa Max Tactical then outfitted it to meet the 3-gunner's demands. It features an 8-shot magazine with a carbon fiber two-shot extension over-sized bolt release button bolt release and trigger guard for handling with gloves and an enlarged loading port for faster reloads. The Versaport gas system regulates cycling pressure based on shell length and reduces recoil. The Cerakote receiver is set off nicely with the synthetic stock and forend with over-molded grips. It uses Remington's Pro Bore Extended Choke System and the raised rib includes a fiber optic front bead and shallow rear XS express dovetail sights. This 12 gauge model has a 22 barrel green receiver finish and black stock.
